On Wednesday, August 13, 2003, at 8:00 a.m., John Dyste, along with his wife Julie and parents John and Dorothy Dyste, broke ground at 320 South Main Avenue for Dyste's Food Pride.
Hankinson's City Council & Mayor, Community Development Corporation Board Members, representatives of the Nash Finch Company, and general contractor Olaf Anderson & Son attended.
Dyste's Food Pride is a 9,650 sq. ft. grocery store. The pre- engineered metal building will also have a 2' canopy and side entry loading dock.
