D&M Industries opened for business in its new 70,000-square-foot Moorhead, MN, facility in March 2007.
The new structure is a major upgrade from the four smaller buildings that housed its operations a year before. When the company decided to combine all its functions in a single facility, it looked to us to guide them through the design-build process.
After drawing and finalizing plans with the Olaf Anderson architects, construction began—and approximately eight months later, D&M Industries had a manufacturing area all under one roof.
