City Hall has volume now with a fair amount of steel up on the North end of the building. The Southern portion of the building is underway with concrete footings being poured, CMU being placed for the elevator/stair shafts and foundation walls being formed. We will start precast and steel on the Southern end as soon as the foundations are ready. While we work South with precast and steel, we will begin framing exterior walls on the North end.
